⚽ Program Builder — Staff Guide
Adding a new program is just 4 steps. Pick your type, follow the steps — about 10 minutes. Everything you touch is a copy, so you cannot break the live site.
First — which type is your program?
Program type Step 2: copy this FORM Step 3: copy this PAGE
Camp / Clinic ⭐ TEMPLATE — Camp Registration Form ⭐ TEMPLATE — Camp Registration Page
League ⭐ TEMPLATE — League Registration Form ⭐ TEMPLATE — League Registration Page
Academy ⭐ TEMPLATE — Academy Registration Form ⭐ TEMPLATE — Academy Registration Page
Individual / Tournament ⭐ TEMPLATE — Individual / Tournament Registration Form ⭐ TEMPLATE — Individual / Tournament Registration Page
All four templates start with a ⭐ star, so they sit at the top of the list and are easy to spot.

1Create the Program

  1. On your Dashboard, click + Add New Program in the “Create a New Program” box.
  2. Type the program name at the very top (example: “Summer Striker Camp — Aug 4 to 8”).
  3. Fill in Location, Start / End Date, Start / End Time, and any Groupings (age / gender / time).
  4. Enter the Cost — just the number (example: 150).
  5. Write the Description (what the program is about).
  6. Click the blue Publish button (top-right), then Publish again to confirm.

2Make the Registration Form

This is the form people fill out and pay through. You will not build it — you will copy the ready-made template and change just two things.

  1. Click Open Forms on your Dashboard (or Forms in the left menu).
  2. At the top of the list, find the ⭐ TEMPLATE form for your type (see the table above).
  3. Hover your mouse over that row — a small menu appears underneath — and click Duplicate. a copy is made, named “… (1)”.
  4. Click the copy to open it. In Settings, change the Form Title to your program name. Click Save Settings.
  5. Go to the Edit tab, click the price field (the Product / price box), and change the price to your amount. Click Save Form.
💳 Stripe payment is already set up on the template and is copied automatically. Do NOT open or change the Stripe tab. Changing the price is all you need — it charges the new amount by itself.

3Make the Registration Page

This is the web page that shows your form. Again, you will copy a template and change just one thing: the form.

  1. Click Open Template Pages on your Dashboard (it lists the ⭐ TEMPLATE pages).
  2. Find the ⭐ TEMPLATE page for your type. Hover over its row and click Clone. a draft copy is added to the Pages list.
  3. Open that new copy (click its name) and change the page title to your program name.
  4. Click the blue Edit with Elementor button at the top.
  5. Open the Structure panel — the stacked-squares icon near the top-right of the Elementor bar. A small box appears showing Container ➜ Gravity Forms.
  6. In that Structure box, click Container, then click Gravity Forms.
  7. Now look at the left side (the “Edit Gravity Forms” panel). In the “Select Form” dropdown, choose the new form you made in Step 2.
  8. Click the Publish button in the top-right corner of Elementor to make the page live. Done!
🧩 In Elementor, the only thing you change is the form — the “Select Form” dropdown on the left. Don’t drag or delete anything else. Made a mistake? Press Cmd/Ctrl + Z to undo, or just close the tab without clicking Publish — nothing goes live until you Publish.

4Connect the page to the Program

Last step — point the program’s Register button at your new page. Don’t skip this, or the program will have no working sign-up button.

  1. Open your finished registration page (from Step 3) and copy its web address from the browser address bar.
  2. Go to Programs in the left menu and open your program (the one from Step 1).
  3. Scroll down to the Registration Link box and paste the page address into it.
  4. In Button 1 Label, type the button wording (example: “Register Now”).
  5. Click Update / Publish to save the program. Done!

Most programs only need one button. Fill in Registration Link + Button 1 Label (e.g. “Register Now”) and leave Button 2 & Button 3 blank. Use Button 2 / Button 3 only when a program has more than one sign-up option — for example a camp with two different weeks plus a “both weeks” choice. Each button gets its own label + link (Button 2 Label pairs with Registration Link 2, Button 3 with Registration Link 3).

🔗 The Registration Link is what makes the “Register” button work. It must be the address of the page you published in Step 3.
That is it! Your program now has a registration form with payment and a clean page to share. Copy the page link from the address bar and add it to your menus and emails.

Stuck, or clicked the wrong thing? Don’t worry — nothing goes live until you press Publish. If you are unsure, ask Jordan before publishing.
